I wanted to share with you how much our family appreciated having Mabat help us with our trip to Israel in March. Your company truly is the professional's professional in every sense of the word. Our family had a wonderful and effortless visit which truly created a lifetime of memories.

From the first exchange with Ryan Dritz I knew I was in good hands. His calm and knowledgeable manner made everything we needed to do always seem so easy. Ryan has a 'sixth sense' and can truly read a family's needs. I remember him subtly making adjustments to our itinerary when I described our family's interests, ages and experience in travel. He called every day during our sightseeing and adjusted the next day's plans and that evening's dinner arrangements according to the what was happening. And, on top of it all, it is so delightful and pleasant that I miss my periodic phone calls. He knew JUST when I might need a call versus an email to finalize something.

Our trip however, will defined by our tour guide Yuval Edden as much as by the places we visited. His charm, knowledge, easy going personality and flexibility allowed everyone to enjoy themselves. My husband quickly claimed the front seat of his car as 'his spot' so he wouldn't miss one minute of Yuval's discussions and our children were anxious to see him each morning. He knew when we needed a minor adjustment in our schedule. And he watched what we did enjoy so he knew exactly what we would appreciate most during the following days. His subtle way of maneuvering things made everything seem seamless to us. I think our two younger daughters liked the afternoon they had alone with Yuval while we were at Yad Va Shem more than any other day.

I did extensive research with friends before I selected Mabat and I was worried that your service wouldn't be able to live up to the recommendations I received. I now can happily say that our family's experiences exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful time during our first family visit and I so look forward to hopefully calling Ryan soon to plan another trip.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank both of you for our wonderful trip. Yes, we had a few bumps in the road. But you have both proven why Mabat has the excellent reputation that it does.

David- I can't begin to tell you how much we all appreciated that you went out of your way - not once but twice - to come speak with us in person. . . . It was lovely. The rooms were very clean, the service fine and the food better than expected.

Ryan - your restaurant recommendations were great. That last meal at the docks in Tel Aviv was the perfect ending to a great trip.

Thank you for working with us as far as the guide went. Eli was amazing! We all learned so much. Our driver, Ouri, was also terrific. I recommend them highly.

David/Ryan - our trip was incredible! I think the family is probably not on your "favorite list" but Mabat is on ours.

Thank you for all of your help with our vacation. It was absolutely wonderful. We all loved our guide and learned so much. The VIP service both ways at Ben Gurion was really nice and the hotels were great. We had connecting rooms in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and next door to each other at Mizpe Hayamim, where the food was amazing by the way. It was an incredibly meaningful trip for all of us.

That's all for now. We are working on staying awake for a little while longer to try to get back on East Coast time. I just wanted to let you know how fabulous everything was. Happy New Year!

Leslye and I want to reiterate our cousins' accolades for the manner in which you and your staff helped to make our Israeli visit most memorable. From the moment we arrived at the airport, arrangements for swift passage through the airport to a waiting car and then to the Sheraton. That was how we started and the rest of the trip was no less organized. Our tour guide and drivers were well versed on the history and the locations. No time was wasted and, although there were definite schedules to adhere to, there seemed to always be room for "free time". These 2 gentlemen definitely made our trip. They were easy to talk with and easy to laugh with.

The sights were so interesting and many times emotionally moving. Every detail seemed to have been accounted for. Obviously you knew exactly what we should see and experience.

We will forward your agency's name to our Federation office as a referral. We appreciate all of your help and interest in making this visit a true Israeli experience.
